March 2019 LEGO Drive For Kids With Cancer
During the entire month of March, The PaulieStrong Foundation will be collecting new, Unopened LEGO sets for the children undergoing cancer treatment at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
LEGO sets are one of the most in-demand items in a children’s cancer hospital. They allow the kids to be creative while taking their minds away from the painful cancer treatments. Because of the fact that these children have very compromised immune systems, LEGO sets cannot be shared between patients and new ones are needed all the time.
Over the past 2 years we have been able to deliver nearly 1,000 LEGO sets to kids in treatment.
